Enable Tenant-level analytics for Power Automate and Power Apps

Microsoft has introduced a powerful feature for viewing Tenant-level analytics, which includes insights into both Cloud and Desktop Power Automate flows across multiple environments or an entire tenant. These analytics leverage telemetry data from Power Platform applications, providing administrators with valuable tools to monitor flow activities organization wide. Admins with tenant or environment-level roles and proper licensing can access these analytics through the Power Platform Admin Center. To enable Tenant-level analytics for Power Automate flows in Dynamics 365, you must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Admin Role: You must have either a Tenant-level administrator or Environment admin role with access to relevant environments.

  • Licensing: Ensure you hold a valid Power Platform or Dynamics 365 license that grants access to the Power Platform Admin Center.

  • Access Rights: Admins should have Contributor or Environment Admin roles to view and configure analytics.

  • Environments: Analytics require multiple environments with Cloud/Desktop flows deployed for monitoring.

In this blog, we will guide you through the steps to enable Tenant-level analytics for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Firstly, login to Power Platform Admin Center or open site admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com if you have login account.
